Size-related returns are not accepted.

For damaged, incorrect, missing, or other eligible issues, a complete unpacking video is mandatory.

The video must start from the moment the package is delivered and clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, opening of the package, and the complete contents.

Incomplete, edited, or partial unpacking videos will not be accepted.
